Beonholidays does not carry out intermediation activity. The only purpose of the society is to diffuse online offers of vacation properties for rent by getting in contact travelers with owners who wish to rent a property for vacation.
Definition
Beonholidays is a web portal of real estate ads addressing to customers who intend to consult or publish ads relative to rent or to exchange vacation houses
The portal allows owners of second houses and B&B to offer without intermediaries their property for vacations and travelers to plan their own vacation directly from home.
To each property, offered by an owner, is dedicated an exhaustive informative schedule including, among other things, satellite localization, photo gallery, availability calendar and many other additional information.
Announcements can be browsed by the customers through a simple search (geographic localization, type of property) or an advanced one (with many other criteria such as: sport activities, comforts, topics of the stay for example. sea - mountain - art city).
The customer interested in a property can directly contact the owner without the intermediation of Beonholidays.com.
The property owner will directly deal with the traveler of its choice without the intermediation of Beonholidays.com.
At the agreement between demand and offer, owner and tenant will stipulate a contract rent for the period of the stay, specifying in particular the duration and the rate.
Obligation of the owner
Is the owners duty to guarantee the reliability of its identity as supplied in the description.
Moreover the owner engages itself to update the calendar of its property/ies availabilities, all the time deleting periods already occupied; in contrary case, Beonholidays.com reserves the right not to diffuse the announcement anymore.
The owner also supply at least one photo showing the inside or the external side of the lodging and certifies the photos to faithfully represent the lodging to rent.
Ads content controls
Beonholidays.com under no circumstances can be considered responsible of the information inserted within the ads, of eventual gaps or updating lack, being this task exclusively of the owners themselves. Is therefore the renters task to verify the reliability of the information contained in the ads.
At any event Beonholidays.com reserves the right to refuse each ad, photo, video or hypertext link that may turn out incompatible with the nature of its web site, or in a worse case, that may infringe the legislation in matter of protection of the persons.
Beonholidays.com also reserves the right to withdraw an ad or a photo that has been object of complains from third parties. As the tenant can in fact express its judgment after its stay in a lodging, if it has found a lack of essential information or a non-correspondence between the information published on the ad and the truth, it can point it out to Beonholidays.com.
Error Content of Announcements
In case of customer complains, for whichever reason strictly related to the visualization of ads translated into several languages (by the informatics system), Beonholidays.com will not have to be considered responsible.

Ad modification from the owner
The owner can, at any time, access the data of its property in order to modify the description of the offer, add and/or delete photos etc; this implies that the ad might be temporarily not on-line available because it's under validation procedure from the informatics system. This temporary interruption does not give any right to an extension of the subscription.
Internet site access
The Beonholidays.com portal is accessible all the 7 days of the week and 24h/24, except causes beyond control and periods of maintenance. In those exceptional cases in which technical problems make the access to the services impossible, Beonholidays.com engages itself to do its best to put in practice all the possible solutions so to re-establish the access to the services. Beonholidays.com in no case will have to be considered responsible of consequences due to an eventual interruption of the services independent from its will.
