The only purpose of the company is to spread online offers of vacation properties for rent by getting in contact holidaymakers with owners who wish to rent a property.

The the owner, the bed and breakfast or holiday farm holder, registering to the web site expressly accepts Our conditions and specifically engages itself not to use the web site for purposes others than the rent of vacation houses. The advertiser is held responsible for the content of its ad, for messages and texts sent, and expressly relieves Beonholidays from any responsibility.

Moreover, Beonholidays does not assume any responsibility for eventual damages caused for whichever cause customers had to suffer through the Internet contacts or the web malfunctioning.It is absolutely forbidden to insert photos or expressions that might offend the religious sentiment or the sense of decency, outrageous and/or slanderous phrases. In case of violation of the present warning the Company has the right to refuse the publication of the ads, to delete their content and to report the fact to the authority, without the customer can claim any compensation for eventual damages or the restitution of the paid rate.

Beonholidays in any case does not answer for eventual ads, photos and e-mails not pertinent and contrary to the purposes of the web site. RESPONSIBILITY EXONERATION Beonholidays does not answer for the truthfulness of the data inserted for what attains the effective correspondence of the vacation house and of any other information supplied by the owner who remains, therefore, the only responsible of the information, of the images and of the whole content of its publication.

The tenant, therefore, must care to verify the correctness and truthfulness of the information contained in the published offers.

Agreements on the lease conditions are exclusively taken between the parts.

The Company remains alien to the transactions, does not guarantee the conclusion of the contract and does not assume any responsibility in case of failure of it or any missing payment, and in general for whichever other complain.

Lastly, the company does not answer for eventual damages demanded by the parts one each other or by third parties or towards third parties for whichever reason.

The Company is allowed to make modifications to the terms and conditions about publication of ads, in such case it will send a notification to the members by e-mail

The owner can exert the right to recess the publication of its ad within 10 days starting from the request of insertion of the announcement itself, sending a proper email, provided that the ad has not yet been published. If the announcement has already been published he can ask to delete it from the web site but it will be equally bound to the payment of the fixed rate. EXTERNAL LINKS The Beonholidays web site is allowed to host "links" of other portals or other web sites but it does not assume any responsibility for their functioning.
The Company does not operate any control on the content of such web sites and is not responsible for their content and in general for the material and offers present on such external sites.

The contract stipulated with beonholidays is disciplined by the Italian law. For whichever controversy raised between the parts including those relative to the interpretation of the terms and conditions above reported and to the fulfilment and validity of the contract, the Court of Justice of Messina is exclusively competent.

According to and for the effects of which the artt. 1341 and 1432 of the civil code, the owner and the renter declare to have carefully taken into examination all the above reported conditions and clauses and also those contained in the respective registration forms, and to specifically approve those relative to the modalities of publication, to save from any responsibility, to the modification of the conditions and terms of use of the service, to the applicable law and in case of controversies to the competent Court.
